I suggest to make collaborations inside our task group  more organized. We can use yahoogroups - free web and email  tools for group work organization from yahoogroups.com 

I have created group on www.yahoogroups.com This group can be used as a mail list, if you need to send  a message to all CERIF task group members. Just send to  cerif@yahoogroups.com. Yahoogroups saves all messages sent  to the group, so there are no problems with browsing  searching old messages(letters).  Yahoogroup allows to organize  group planning (meeting, etc),  polls chats and other services which might be need for group  collaboration

I think it can be a real asset for us. My opinion that  CERIF yahoogroup should be a part of CERIF Task Group web site managed by Anne
