Suggestions for extensions

	Publications Requirements pdf and earlier suggestions for extension at UiB CERIF full data model extended with attributes to support Publications xls schema. ER-diagram to show added attributes and relations Comments	I am proposing an extention to the CERIF model that will give the possibility for a broader documentation of publications. 	Funding Discussion	CERIF doesn't seem to address: (1) Restrictions on who is eligible to apply to a particular fund, (2) Tracking which stages an application has gone through. Is anyone aware of a standard that does? Proposed by Eric Zimmerman, 8.ocotober 2002
